With a background in recreation therapy and years of hands-on experience, my approach blends meaningful engagement, day-to-day practical support, and thoughtful transition planning. I work alongside seniors living at home as well as those residing in care communities, always with the goal of enhancing quality of life, preserving dignity, and reducing feelings of isolation.

You don’t have to navigate these decisions alone. My role is to reduce overwhelm, bring clarity, and offer trusted support when it matters most.
